3) At Home Massage

My boyfriend gives me massages every night so I don’t consider this a Valentine’s gift, but if your partner’s love language is physical touch then this is the perfect gift for them! Watch some youtube videos on how to give the perfect massage before meeting with your loved one.

4) Coated Strawberry Box

You have the option to purchase this or make it yourself, but I’ve noticed most people overcharge for strawberry boxes so you’re better off doing it on your own. Watch some Youtube or Tik Tok videos if you’re not sure how to coat them properly!

7) Create List of Relationship Events

There’s something special in someone that marks down important dates & events that happen in their relationship. Surprise your loved one with dates that were important to you. If you don’t recall them – use your Snapchat, Instagram archive, and camera roll to figure out dates. This can be the first day you met, the first day you said “I love you”, your favorite date night in detail, the time you made them breakfast, etc.

8) Message Collage

Create a photo collage of the most romantic and love-filled messages that you’ve shared with your significant other.

9) Homemade Dinner w/ Custom Menu

If you’re a good cook – this is the perfect idea! Make a homemade meal for your loved one. Take it up a notch & make a custom 3 or 5-course menu for them. The easiest way to do this is with Canva.

Pro Tip: make their favorite dish (if you don’t know what that is then make something they order often at a restaurant)

10) Create Custom Candy Box

Grab a bunch of your loved ones’ favorite snacks & candy. Use a jewels box to separate everything & customize it for them. The best way to surprise them with this gift is during a game night!

16) This Year I Promise To List

Create a list of things you promise to do for your loved one during 2022. Make this list as short or long as you want it, but the more the merrier! Think deep & go into detail about what you’d like to do for them, fix to make your relationship better, or surprise them with.

Examples:

  • I Promise to take the trash out for you every Tuesday
  • I Promise to pay more attention to your outfits so I can compliment you every day
  • I Promise to take your car to the wash at least once a month
  • I Promise to hold your hand more in public
  • I Promise to give you a goodnight kiss even if we’re fighting that night

Create “love potions” out of delicious cocktail recipes. Make it an intimate experience by making the drinks together then drinking them during a movie night.

18) Make A Shadowbox

Head to your nearest craft store to make a decorative shadowbox. Print out your favorite photo of you and your boo & place it in the center of the shadowbox. Decorate around the photo & make it special by adding their favorite flowers or things unique to them.

19) Secret Movie Envelopes

Create a list of 20 or more movies & find 3 words to describe each. Print out photos of the movie posters or write them down on a piece of paper. Place that paper in an envelope & seal it. Write down the 3 words that describe the movie on top of the envelope. Whenever you’re having a movie night, have your partner select a movie based on the 3 words! I did this for our 31 Days of Halloween segment & it was so much fun! We stuck with horror movies but of course, pick whichever movies you and your partner love.

If you need some movie suggestions, check out my list here!

20) Make A Song or Music Video

I know this one may seem a little hard but I promise it’s much easier than you think! Use your creative skills to create a song about them. It can be as corny as you want or filled with love affirmations. Pick a beat to create the song to by finding royalty free or copyright free music on youtube. Download the beat by using a “youtube to mp3” link then use an editing app to create the song. You can also use video editing apps to create a song too (such as Cap Cut). If this is too hard to do then you can make a music video to a song you both love by editing videos & photos of the both of you over it (can use Cap Cut).
